Sometime in 1993, Lindt of Switzerland was crazy enough to award us the license to manufacture pralines bearing their name. We said "Why not?", and hired a small team of 3 to make chocolates. Metisano is an arranged marriage between the words 'Meticulous' and 'Artisanal'.
